Re-Glass: Your Apple Watch still functions but the glass is cracked. This process will have the glass removed and install an OEM Grade replacement with the chemical bond which is required between the glass and screen.
Replacement: The current Apple Watch screen no longer shows any image or touch no longer works so we must replace the complete screen unit.
